With our working system, we aim not only to enhance the appearance of every customer’s wardrobe, but also to exceed every expectation in terms of cleanliness.
The stages of our process can be summarized as follows:
- intake, with the receipt of garments and verification of the washing instructions, along with the possible inclusion of specific customer requests.
- inspection, with a detailed search for stains, discoloration, damage and any broken or missing buttons.
- pre-spotting: manual treatment of the most stubborn stains and deposits in order to encourage an initial breakdown of the dirt.
- sorting, with the selection of garments by washing type (dry cleaning or water washing) and by color.
- washing, with the removal of dirt through the use of washing machines and professional products; depending on the garments, the assigned operator selects the appropriate work program.
- pre-ironing: after washing, the garments undergo a rough ironing stage, which prepares them for the subsequent ironing phase.
- ironing: a qualified operator carries out the ironing by hand and checks, using live steam, for the presence of any remaining stains. If this occurs, the garment is rechecked and washed again.
- final inspection: the garments, already ironed and hung up, are checked to rule out any residual defects.
- packaging: the garments are grouped again by customer, sealed inside a polyethylene bag and placed on the delivery conveyor.
- delivery: the ready garments are taken from the conveyor and handed back directly to the customer.
The entire production process has been computerized by assigning each incoming garment an identifier, the barcode, thus allowing us to monitor its progress throughout every stage of the work. In this way, we are able to trace the garment at any moment and offer the customer a punctual and precise service.
